The hotel was quite a delight - perfect service, nice restaurants , spacious and versatile rooms, and very pleasant hotel territory with vast pool area and cabanas. The beach location was really nice. On the beach, there is a service to visit nearby Isla Mujeres. The pools were really nice, and the pool bartenders were really friendly. The property itself was pretty, and the view from the room was great. The shower in the room was nice with no issues of hot/warm water. Housekeeping always provided extra waters as requested. The breakfast buffet food was better than room service. Evening activities like concerts and piano at the bar were enjoyable, and there were options to visit nearby facilities at the Secrets hotel.

The Tides Poolside bar food wasn't great, but it served as a quick and casual option after being at the pool all day. The dress code policies, especially for dinner and breakfast, seemed unnecessary and inconvenienced guests, especially in the hot and humid weather.

Location: the hotel was close to the bars, both a Brazilian steak house and a habachi restaurant, and the ocean and sand. The rooms were sufficiently large with 2 queen beds and had all necessary facilities. The service was absolutely GREAT.

The staff here are awesome and always ready to lend a hand. the room is amazing, with two cozy queen beds that are just perfect. 🌟

We got great value for our money at Dreams. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect with beautiful pools and lots to do. The staff at Dreams were amazing - so helpful and friendly!

The breakfast option could be improved with a more relaxed dress code. It's a beach resort, so it would be nice for men to be able to wear tanks and shorts instead of long pants.
